Global warming! Tell that to the Welsh and Scots hill farmers who are experiencing -20°c to -30°c temperatures! I guess some weather nerd will have a good explanation like a ‘freak occurence’ which will hardly affect the gradual increase in average global warming which is, of course, leading us all towards a weather armaggedon.
