Now that’s a Canadian court ruling, of no legal effect or import for the US. It has in reality nothing to do with clearing the way for the actual trial at Gitmo. Lordy, but we are delusionally self-centred.

How would left wing, terrorist sympathizing unpatriotic politicians, judges and the left-bias, unfair and unbalanced media like to imagine a freed vicious, unrepentant terrorist like Khadar living on the same Canadian street as their very young, very innocent, very vulnerable grandchildren? I wouldn’t want this terrorist living on my daughters’ street. What self-proclaimed compassionate, concerned politician would want to be accountable for permitting a sadistic terrorist to live on his daughters’ street?
The terrorist sympathizing left refuse to acknowledge that Khadr is not a “child soldier” since he is on no account a “soldier” and has never worn any countries’ uniform. It’s a repulsive abuse to legitimate Canadian soldiers who are fighting and dying for freedom and liberty in Afghanistan to label this fanatical terrorist a “soldier” and our PM must never join that crowd of imbeciles. Why do the extreme leftwing, unpatriotic Liberal, NDP and Bloc politicians, and the left-bias, unfair and unbalanced media lead by CBC’s affirmative action bimbos detest our Canadians troops, and instead, venerate terrorists?
Surely even our left slithering PM, who likes to promote himself as being tough on crime/terrorism, will continue to resist any and all pressures, including Obama’s, to bring this terrorist to Canada. If he was to kiss Obama’s butt and repatriate this terrorist animal to Canada one of our numerous extreme left-wing liberal judges, would formulate an excuse, promoted by Taliban Ig & Jack, to release him and thus allow this anomalous fanatic to follow-up on his radical career on someone’s daughters street.

As long as I live,I’ll never understand the Canadian MSM’s love affair with Omar Khadr. Khadr and his family are exactly the kind of immigrants this Country can do without,but the MSM acts as if they’re model citizens.
I can only hypothesize members of the Press have been so indoctrinated with anti-American and anti-conservative propaganda,they no longer are capable of responding to any situation involving Americans or conservatives with any logic or reason.
Khadr joined a terrorist organization,in his father’s footsteps,and was dedicated to murdering our soldiers. He was captured on the battlefield in Afghanistan, not in a Toronto mall,and he was there for only one purpose,killing our soldiers.
The support of Khadr by the MSM and Canadian politicians will go down in history as one of this Country’s darkest moments.
Not that I want to give your rant any legitimacy by responding, but I really have to point out that this left wing judiciary you despise so much has allowed Harper to do virtually nothing, and therefore has not done a thing to bring Khadr back to Canada.

Mrs, Khadr said on television from Pakistan of her committment to al-qaeda- Jean Chretien sent passports for her and family to return to canada on first class.

Omar Khadr arrested since 2001 when he was fifteen for the murder of a medical soldier.
Jean Chretien left him in the states and throughout the chretien and martin years in government there was no mention of OMAR in the media nor by any party for that matter- not until, when the liberals and their media went to the opposition side. Then the showcase of their dying love for OMAR and his release became known.
