Personally, I can’t see the word Zion. Here’s what I see:

Adrian – I tend to agree with your interpretation. One can see ‘Zion’ if only by a) reading top to bottom on left side, and; b) rotating the bottom whatsit on the right side 270 degress.
Reminds me of the man who kept finding the hidden messages in the drinks’ ice cubes (as I remember, they were naked women or near offer) in the ’60′s and ’70′s. I always figured such interpretations said more about the interpretee than the image.
Hey — at least it gives London a reason to change that horrific, ugly, terrible, disastrous, etc. trainwreck of a logo.
Someone pointed out a rather dirty way of looking at the logo and now I can’t look at it without seeing it.
HAHAHA! Worst Olympics ever and it hasn’t even started yet.
The Lisa Simpson reference right? Neither can I.
A certain ” pucker factor ‘ maybe ? But I’m just guessing and thinking haemorrhoids !
Another winner Logo chosen by a committee and probably millions paid for someone’s
5 minutes of doodling on a napkin LOL.
Wow….if that’s the best they can come up with I feel sorry for the people who will try to sell souvenirs.
Even the Zionists would gag at that logo.
Adrian – hmuour me – I just see a seriously stupid logo but nothing off colour. What am I missing?
lol, I can’t do it. I don’t want to warp your mind.
What makes you believe our minds aren’t already at Warp 9 and our ” engines can’t take it any more Captain “: So what is the horrid things some of us aren’t seeing ?
Um, if I may cut in….
Trust me Jean, its nothing spectacular … nothing to rave about. But if you really must know, then there have been several hints in the post and the comments above. And you get one final hint: think piranha toilet-cam, with the piranha-cam strapped to piranha’s
back, pointing up. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Yeah, pretty much what I was guessing with my haemorrhoid comment earlier Thanks for confirming my ” view ” of things.
Adrian, this doesn’t belong in this thread, but probably in your Journalist thread. Nevertheless, that thread is several posts ago, so I will mention here that I just heard about the untimely passing of Jim Travers, columnist for the Toronto Star. While I hardly agreed with most of his opinions (me being on the other side of the political spectrum), I must admit that he did surprise me occasionally, with views that I did not think he possessed.
But this is not a time for politics.
Here are a couple of tributes, from Susan Delacourt and Don Newman:
Jim Travers
Jim Travers: a journalist’s journalist
The greatest thing that I can say about a journalist, is that whether or not I agree with his or her political opinions, they have my respect.

I’m sorry to hear about that, and no, I didn’t know about it. I disagreed with probably everything Travers ever wrote, including his grossly misinformed commentary about Afghanistan. Having said that, he seemed passionate enough about what he did and it’s always unfortunate to hear of somebody passing away. 62 is less than my father’s age, so it’s a little scary to think about.
Another tribute, to Mr. Jim Travers.
Jim Travers
And another, with Music.
AC/DC – Its A Long Way To The Top If Ya Wanna Rock And Roll
From what I’ve read in the tributes, I’m sure he woulda loved it.
K’ Pla !
And another : AC/DC
You can write. And you can think.
And what else do you need in this business?
– Jim Travers
Adrian – obviously my mind is not sufficiently warped. However, given my years, I am probably unshockable. Do enlighten me.
